Preliminary Study on Bioinformatics Teaching Model

生物信息学是生物科学中一门新兴的前沿学科。本文针对目前国内生物信息学教学现状,借鉴其他学科成熟的教学模式,结合生物信息学的课程特点,提出了"以知识为中心,理论教学与实验教学有机结合"的教学模式。

Bioinformatics is a novel discipline of life science. This article described the situation in bioinformatics teaching in China. Based on the successful teaching model of other disciplines and the characteristics of bioinformatics curriculum, the teaching model that theory teaching integrates with experiment one and knowledge is center was introduced.
