河北省沿海经济隆起带滨海旅游发展战略研究

Coastal Tourism Development Strategies of Economic Rising Upheaval Zone in Hebei Province

河北省拥有丰富的滨海旅游资源,但是在资源开发利用、经济发展等方面明显滞后于沿海发达省份,沿海优势未得到有效利用。河北的秦皇岛、唐山、沧州三大港口城市衔接天津滨海新区,建设以天津滨海新区为极点,以秦皇岛、唐山、沧州滨海地区为支撑的"滨海旅游通道",实施通道各节点分级发展战略,有利于全面提高滨海旅游的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,让滨海旅游业成为带动河北省沿海经济隆起带旅游经济和海洋经济的新亮点。

Hebei province has the rich coastal tourism resources, but it significantly lags in coastally-developed provinces at resources development and utilization, economical development and other aspects. Also ,the coastal advantage has not been used effectively. The three port cities as Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Cangzhou in Hebei link up with Tianjin New Coastal Region. Building coastal tourism passageways which cooperate with Tianjin New Coastal Region and implementing grade development strategy are advantageous to improving economical benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit in coastal tourism. Coastal tourism will become a new bright spot which drives tourism economy and coastal economy in Hebei economic rising upheaval zone.
