摘要 为更好地满足船员训练、港航设计和航海研究的要求,研制360°环形柱幕立体投影系统全功能航海模拟器.该模拟器采用先进的视景显示与立体投影技术,视景系统采用基于SGI的集群结构,集群系统由12台高性能图形工作站组成,利用InfiniBand超高速(10 GB/S)串行网络技术实现集群互联;360°环形柱幕立体投影系统采用巴可(Barco)的高端投影仪Galaxy 12 HB+,并且使用世界领先的INFITEC(INterferenz FIlter TEchnik))技术;另外投影系统中使用电子融合与光学融合的混合模式,保证整个系统的颜色一致性.结果表明,利用PC集群和360°全景立体投影系统实现的航海模拟器具有独特的性能与效果. To meet the new requirements of seafarer training, harbor and waterway design and maritime research, a full mission navigation simulator with 360^o cylindrical visual system based on stereo panoramic techniques is developed. The advanced image generators and stereoscopic projection techniques are applied. The image generators are constructed by the cluster of SGI workstations. The clusters that include 12 high performance workstations are interconnected using a super-speed serial communication technique--InfiniBand (10 GB/S). The cylindrical projection system is constructed by 12 Galaxy 12 HB + projectors from Barco. And the active INFITEC (INterferenz Filter TEchnik ) technology is applied to separate the view of eyes to generate the 3D stereo images. Furthermore, the display system combines electrical and optical blending techniques that ensures the consistency of color in the whole system. The results shows that the navigation simulator based on PC cluster and 360^o panoramic stereoscopic projection achieves the perfect performance and effect.
