摘要
本文从杏核,杏仁的物理机械特性及脱壳原理分析了对辊式脱壳机杏仁破碎率和未脱壳率高的原因,并指出杏核经筛选分级后加工,可以减少杏仁破碎率和未脱壳率。进一步提出以转子与固定弧形凹板构成的楔形间隙加工杏核的试验研究。试验证明该机构可以减少杏仁的破碎率
The cause for high broken percentage of apricot kernel and high high unhulling percentage processing with counter shaft huller was analysed from the physical and machanic characteristics of apricot nucleus and kernel and the principle of hulling. It was put out that the two percentages could be deseased by screening before processing, The mechanism of wedge gap constructed with rotor and fixed are-notch board was designed and studied and it was demonstrated by experiment that the broken percentage could be decreased when processing with the mechanism.
