摘要
为制定危险化学品物流企业安全标准提供理论依据,根据国家安全生产相关法规和危险化学品物流企业的安全现状,结合安全系统工程理论原理,构建以综合管理、员工素质、车辆与装卸设备、消防与劳动保护、作业场所安全管理为准则层的危险化学品物流企业安全评价指标体系.应用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标权重,建立危险化学品物流企业模糊综合评价模型.实证结果表明,该评价方法和模型反映企业安全工作的实况,对现代危险化学品物流企业安全评价有指导作用.
In order to provide the theory basis of the security standard for the logistics enterprise of hazardous materials, based on the relevant laws and regulations, current conditions of the logistics enterprises of hazardous materials, and the theory of the safety system engineering, a safety evaluation system for the logistics enterprises of hazardous materials is set up, taking the integrated management, the quality of the staff, vehicles and handling equipment, fire and labor protection and workplace safety management as the criterion level. The index' s weight coefficient is determined by the analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation model for the logistics enterprises of the hazardous materials is built up by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The empirical results show that this model reflects enterprise's safety situation, and is helpful in the safety evaluation for the logistics enterprise of hazardous materials.
