Singapore’s Development of Financial Regulating System and Its Enlightenment to China

“完善金融监管体制，强化金融监管手段，增强监管信息透明度并接受社会监督”是党的十七大提出的金融监管方面的发展思路，本文就亚洲金融危机后新加坡在金融监管体制上的成功改革经验进行分析研究，以求在加入WTO后金融市场逐步开放的条件下，为我国金融体系改革，规避诸如金融风险提供有益的借鉴和启示。

The Asian financial crisis influence d on Singapore＇ financial system. Therefore, Singapore reformed the past financial regulating system. The article analyzes and evaluates the measures, therefore considers that though the reformation is not perfect, the result is certainly notable, and the reformation offers available reference and enlightenment to China＇ reformation of financial regulating system. Finally, the article puts forward the measures to reform China＇ financial system.
