老挝北部9省农副产品加工业发展探析

Discussion on the development of Agricultural Byproducts Processing Industry in Nine Provinces of North Laos

一、引言 农副产品加工业密集而有效的利用农业原料、非熟练劳动力和稀少资本，是农业经济中联系效应最大的产业，其发展对欠发达国家实现脱贫目标、满足国内消费品需求、促进经济社会发展有着重要意义。老挝是一个以农业为主的国家，农业人口占全国人口总数的80％以上，贫困人口占全国人口总数的39％。

Aa the main industrial category, agricultural byproducts processing industry plays a important role in development of north Laos. on the basis of analyzing the current situation and according to the conditions of development, this article proposed the development goal, development ideas and development mode of agricultural byproducts processing industry in nine provinces of north Laos, in the hope of promoting the development of local agricultural byproducts processing industry.
