DYS389II基因座在家系样本中分型异常的分析

摘要 Y—STR（short tandem repeat）基因座是遗传学、法医学和系谱学研究中重要的遗传标记，商品化的Y—filer试剂盒同步检测DYS389Ⅱ等17个Y—STR基因座，具有高度的多态性，但文献报道Y—STR的突变率较高，且单一基因座的突变就可导致整条Y染色体单倍型的改变。
