抗生素耐药不仅仅事关医院
Antimicrobial Resistance It＇s Not Just for Hospitals
摘要
耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus，MRSA）是一种广为人知的医院病原体。医院内10％以上的血液感染为MRSA所致。与甲氧西林敏感细菌比较，MRSA感染患者的预后较差。近年来，在社区内，于其他方面健康个体中检出MRSA（社区相关性MRSA）日益常见。卫生保健相关性MRSA与社区相关性MRSA具有不同的临床及分子流行病学特征。
