摘要
对斯特林制冷机回热器的各项热损失进行分析研究,表明回热器的尺寸以及填料的选取对于小型斯特林制冷机的性能影响较大。对于给定尺寸各个参数以及循环参数的回热器,要想获得最大净制冷量,存在一个最佳当量直径。当当量直径的取值小于最佳值时,回热器的性能主要由压降损失决定;当取值大于该值时,系统性能主要由回热损失决定。
Stirling cycle cryocoolers were investigated by examining each individual loss associated with the regenerator. It' s found that the size of regenerator and the padding material affected the effectiveness of the regenerator more than others. Given regenerator scale and fixed cycle parameters, there was an optimum hydraulic diameter. When the hydraulic diameter was less than the optimum value, the regenerator performance was controlled by the pressure drop loss. When the hydraulic diameter was greater than the optimum value, the system performance was controlled by the thermal losses.
