摘要
研制了1个内复叠制冷系统实验装置。内复叠制冷循环系统采用非共沸混合工质、精馏装置和单级油润滑压缩机,实现了混合工质高低沸点组元和润滑油的高效分离,能成功地把低温箱内温度降到-60--80℃。介绍了实验台的结构、组成、控制测量和数据采集系统。实验表明系统测试精度较高,达到实验要求。设计制作的精馏塔,分离效果良好,系统降温快,运行稳定。
An auto-cascade refrigerating cycle system experimental apparatus was designed by using non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures, including a rectifying column and a compressor in the ultra-low temperature refrigeration cycle. High boiling component, low boiling component and lubricant can be separated effectively. The temperature in the ultra-low temperature box can reach - 60 ℃ to - 80 ℃. The experimental apparatus,including its configuration , buildup , control system, measure system and data collection system was introduced. The test shows that this experimental apparatus can meet the performance specifications. The rectifying column seperate effectively, the system tempreture can drop efficiently and the system runs well.
