摘要
建立了白山发电厂长期优化调度模型,采用POA算法对模型进行求解。根据历史资料对白山发电厂常规机组以及带抽水蓄能机组的调度进行优化,结果表明,供水期常规机组优化调度后较实际年平均增发电量0.17亿kW.h,增加效益为972万元,说明优化调度是必要的;抽水蓄能机组投入运行后,年平均发电效益增加1.976亿元,经济效益十分可观。
The long-term optimal operation model is established for Baishan Hydropower Plant and the model is solved with POA algorithm. Based on the historical data concerned, the operation of the conventional generating units and then the operation with the pumped storage units are optimized. The results show that the power generation of the conventional generation units is in- creased by 0. 17 x l0s kW · h with the benefit increase of 972 x 104 Yuan RMB compared with the actual mean annual after the optimal operation during the water supply period, which demonstrates that the optimal operation is necessary. After the operation of the pumped storage units, the mean annual generation benefit can be increased by 1. 976 x l0s Yuan RMB with a significant economic benefit.
