羟苯磺酸钙联合复方肾衰汤治疗慢性肾脏病疗效观察

Effects of calcium dobesilate combined with compound soup for treating renal failure on chronic kidney disease

目的观察羟苯磺酸钙联合复方肾衰汤治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效。方法44例慢性肾脏病患者给予羟苯磺酸钙和复方肾衰汤联合治疗4周,观察治疗前后肾功能、血尿酸、血象、肝功能及尿常规变化。结果与治疗前比较,口服羟苯磺酸钙和复方肾衰汤后,血肌酐与血尿酸1周开始下降,持续降低至4周(P<0.01);血尿素在4周降低(P<0.01);治疗期间患者血象、肝功能及尿蛋白无改变(P>0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合复方肾衰汤能够延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展。

Objective To explore the effects of calcium dobesilate combined with the compound soup for treating renal failure on chronic kidney diseases（CKD）and its mechanism. Methods Forty-four patients with CKD were treated with calcium dobesilate（0.5 g,bid）and compound soup for treating renal failure for 4 weeks.The serum creatinine,serum urea,uric acid,blood routine,hepatic functions and urine routine were measured before and after treatment. Results The serum creatinine and uric acid began to decrease after treatment for 1 week and kept decreasing till week 4 after treatment（P〈0.01）.Serum urea decreased after treatment for 4 weeks（P〈0.01）.The blood routine,hepatic functions and urine protein had no significant change before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate combined with compound soup for treating renal failure could protect renal function by postponing pathological development of CKD.
