Studies on Chemical Constituents from Flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum

目的:研究野菊(Chrysanthemum indicum L)的干燥头状花序中的化学成分。方法:用硅胶柱色谱法及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从野菊花的80%乙醇提取物中分离得到了7个黄酮化合物,分别被鉴定为:金合欢素(acacetin、1)、金合欢素-7-O-(6″-O-乙酰基)β-D-葡萄糖苷[acacetin-7-O-(6″-O-acetyl)β-D-glucopyranoside、2]、蒙花苷(linarin、3)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside、4)、绿原酸(chlorogenic acid、5)、香草酸(vanillic acid、6)和蔗糖(sucrose、7)。结论:化合物2、4、6和7为首次从野菊花中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of the flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum.Methods：Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures were identified by means of physico-chemical and spectral data.Results：From the 80% ethanol extract of the material,seven compounds were isolated.Their structures were identified as acacetin（1）,acacetin-7-O-（6″-O-acetyl）β-D-glucopyranoside（2）,linarin（3）,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（4）,chlorogenic acid（5）,vanillic acid（6） and sucrose（7）,respectively.Conclusion：Compounds 2、4、6 and 7 are isolated from C.indicum for the first time.
