摘要
以蒙古冰草(Agropyron mongolioum keng)、扁穗冰草(Agropyron cristatum(L.)Gaertn)和滨麦(Leymus mollis)为材料,用聚乙二醇6 000(PEG 6 000)模拟土壤水分胁迫,对它们的叶片相对含水量、质膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸及叶绿素指标进行对比,利用隶属函数法进行综合评价,其抗旱排序为滨麦>蒙古冰草>扁穗冰草.
Studied the relative water contents in leaves, membrane permeability, proline content and chlorophyl content in seedings of Agropyron mongolioum keng,Agropyron cristatum (L.) Gaertn and Leymus mollis under PEG 6 000 water stress. The results of subordination function method of drought resistance for the three kinds of plant in water stress showed their resistance ability as following: Leymus mollis 〉 Agropyron mongolioum keng 〉Agropyron cristatum(L. ) Gaertn , their resistance ability as following: Leymus mollis 〉 Agropyron mongolioum keng 〉 Agropyron cristatum ( L. ) Gaertn.
