摘要
微波溶样技术具有简便快速、节约试剂、污染少和样品溶解完全等特点,适用于植物中多种元素的测定.采用HNO3-HClO4作消解剂进行微波溶样,美国利曼公司生产的PS-Ⅰ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定柴胡中的微量元素,结果显示,其相对标准偏差为1.81%~6.76%,回收率为93%~103%.该结果为建立高效、准确和同时测定多种微量元素的柴胡质量检测标准方法提供了有利数据.
Sample digestion by microwave is a quick, simple, effective and agent- saving digestion method with little pollution and full digestion, which is applicable to the determination of various elements in plants.HNO3-HClO4 was used as the digestion agent and the contents of the trace dements in Radix Bupleuri were determined synchronously by ICP/Echelle spectrometer. The relative standard deviations are in 1.81%-6.76%.The recovery rates of the samples are in 93%-103%. The result provides some useful data for the establishment of the standard method for the Synchronous determination of trace elements in Radix Bupleuri with high efficiency and high accuracy.
