浅析旅游中的顾客满意与顾客忠诚的关系

摘要 在当今市场激烈的竞争下,满足顾客的需求,提高顾客的满意度,进而培养自己的忠诚顾客群成为企业备受重视的问题.旅游服务所提供的产品,具有其独特性,也体现顾客满意和忠诚度的关系.本文主要分析了旅游服务中的顾客满意与顾客忠诚的关系是不完全相关的关系.
