护理程序在晚期肿瘤病人压疮预防中的应用

Application of nursing procedure in prevention for pressure sore of tumor patients in advanced stage

[目的]探讨在压疮预防过程中,如何既达到减少压疮发生的目的,又能避免护理纠纷及事故的发生。[方法]将50例压疮高危病人作为常规组,54例压疮高危病人作为护理程序组,常规组病人采用常规压疮预防措施,护理程序组病人在此基础上采用以护理程序为理论框架的综合干预措施预防压疮,压疮高危期结束后比较两组病人压疮发生率及病人满意度。[结果]护理程序组的病人压疮发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05),病人满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]护理程序应用到压疮预防过程中,减少了压疮的发生,有效地避免了风险,又能提高病人及家属的满意度,同时体现了护理工作的科学性和严谨性。

Objective： To probe into how to reduce the occurrence of pressure sore and to avoid nursing disputes and nursing accidents happening during the prevention of pressure sore. Methods： A total of 50 patients with high risk of pressure sore were selected as control group. And another 54 patients with high risk of pressure sore were selected as test group. Routine prevention measures for pressure sore were carried out for control group cases. Besides the routine prevention measures, patients of test group were carried out comprehensive intervention measures based nursing procedure as theoretical frame. Then incidence of pressure sore and satisfaction of patients were compared between both groups at the end of high risk period of pressure sore. Results： The incidence of pressure sore of patients in test group was much lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. And satisfaction of patients in test group was much higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing procedure applied in prevention process of pressure sore had decreased the occurrence of pressure sore and effectively avoided risks. It could enhanee the satisfaction degrees of both patients and their family members. Yet it also showed the scientific and rigorous characteristics of nursing work.
