高跟鞋在美化曲线的同时,带来的不适屡见不鲜,但并未引起人们的重视,对潜在的危害人们更缺乏认识。本文就长期穿高跟鞋极可能引起的足、踝关节、膝关节、腰椎、骨盆损害进行全面综述,并提出相关防护措施,旨在引起女性对高跟鞋潜在危害的重视,加强自我保护。希望本文能对穿着高跟鞋的爱美女士和物理治疗保健从医人员有所裨益。

While adding elegance to female posture, high--heeled shoes also brought along various discomforts to beauty--loving ladies. However, uncomfortable feeling caused by wearing high--heeled shoes is commonly neglected by females. Females are lack of cognition on its potential harms. This paper summarized the possibly caused damages of joints of feet, ankles, and knees, lumbar vertebrae and pelvis by long time wearing high--heeled shoes for females. And it put forward some related protective measures for the purpose of triggering the attention of females to the potential harm of wearing high--heeled shoes and to strengthen self--protection for them. It hopes that the paper is good for both ladies who were wearing high--heeled shoes and physical therapy health care practitioners.
