Practical experience of enhancing emergency management in Liaohe Oilfield Corporation

应急管理在石油企业的生产经营过程中具有举足轻重的作用,在某种程度上能直接或间接影响着企业的生存与发展。本文通过总结辽河油田公司应急管理工作的实践,进一步阐述了油田企业开展应急管理工作的重要意义,以及如何结合油田生产特点创新实践、创新思维、创新管理,以求整体提高石油企业的安全生产管理水平,促进企业科学发展、安全发展、和谐发展。

Emergency management has important role during the production and operation process in oil enterprise, and it can directly or indirectly influence the survival and development of enterprise to some extent. By summarizing the practice of emergency management in Liaohe Oilfield Corporation, the importance of performing emergency management work in oilfield enterprise was further illustrated. The measures of innovative practice, innovative thought, innovative management combining the production characteristics of oilfield were also presented to improve the management level of work safety in oilfield enterprise.
