粗纱用WRC-980型铝衬管胶辊代替进口胶辊的纺纱实践

Spinning Practice with Alu-lined Cot WRC-986 instead of the Imported Product

为了在进口悬锭粗纱机上用国产铝衬管胶辊代替原配套的进口胶辊，总结了粗纱用WRC-980型铝衬管胶辊的技术特点以及套制、磨砺、使用时应注意的事项，通过上机对比测试，说明其不仅可代替进口胶辊达到改善成纱条干的目的，而且节省机物料消耗。

In order to do spinning practice with alu-lined cot instead of the imported product on the roving frame with the suspended spindle, introduction is made to the specification, caution of grinding and telescoping of cot WRC-980,comparative analysis proves that the cot can be a substitue of the imported product with less consumption of material and better CV value.
