摘要
针对普通紧固件——螺栓、螺母在运转中易松脱的难题,介绍了美国底特公司的自锁螺母技术,并分析了其防松设计原理,指出其阴螺纹牙底的30°斜面可产生比普通螺纹大2倍的锁紧力,且各牙受力均匀,在纺机、器材方面应用前景广阔。
As to the problem of coming loose of the fittings such as bolts and nuts,introduction is given to the locknut technology from Detroit company U. S. A. , and the mechanism of the technology against coming loose is analyzed. Conclusion is made that the 30 degree bevel in the hidden thread can produce locking force double of the conventional thread,with uniformity of force excertion, thus good prospect in application of textile accessories.
