Application of Uster Classmat CQ and CⅡ and Measures against Yarn Fault

对瑞士乌斯特公司新近推出的乌斯特Classmat Quantum型纱疵仪和ClassmatⅡ型纱疵仪进行了对比分析,介绍了CQ型纱疵仪对异性纤维的检测、对纱疵及织布中的形态的检测,可设定长度检测,能显示单锭纱疵和细小纱疵,具有灵敏度高的特点,并介绍了控制和减少纱疵的措施;指出该仪器代表了世界先进水平的纱疵仪,具有良好的工艺和分析性能。

Comparative analysis is done to the latest introduced Uster Classmat Quantum and Classmat Ⅱ , finding that the CQ is sensitive in detection of foreign fiber, set length, single spindle fault yarn, and minute fault yarn. Some measures are given as to control or reduce fault yarn. Conclusion is made that the Uster products are of world-advanced level with excellent process and analysis performance.
