目的:探讨CT引导下穿刺介入治疗的临床应用价值。方法:CT引导下行治疗目的的有37个病例,其中胸部12例,腹部18例,盆腔7例。CT扫描确定穿刺点,角度及深度,局麻后进针,CT再次扫描确认针尖达到预定位置再进行介入治疗。结果:37个病例,穿刺41次针次,穿刺一次成功率100%,治疗有效率86.5%,并发症13.5%。结论:CT引导下穿刺介入治疗属微创伤性技术,简便易行,安全有效,成功率高,并发症少,症状轻。

Objective：Discusses under the CT guidance the puncture involvement treatment clinical practice value. Methods： CT guides the downward treatment goal to have 37 case of illness,Chest 12 examples, abdomen 18 examples,pelvic cavity 7 examples. CT scanning determination point of puncture, angle and depth, local anesthesia less advanced needle. CT scan confirmed once again reaching the target location of the needle further interventional treatment. Results： 37 ease of illness,41 of the needle puncture, and puncture a success rate of 100%,Treatment efficiency 86. 5%. 13.5% complications. Conclusion： Under the CT guidance the puncture involvement treatment was the micro wound technology, easy to do and easy, safe effective, the success ratio was high, the complication were few, the symptom was light.
