培菲康在肠道菌群失调中的双向调节作用

The Two-Ways Regulation Function of Bifico In The Intestinal Flora Imbalance

目的:观察堵菲康治疗腹泻和便秘的疗效,并验证其在肠道菌群失调中的双向调节作用。方法:将腹泻患者80例和便秘患者80例各随机分成观察组和对照组,2组基础治疗完全一致,观察组加服培菲康胶囊。结果:腹泻患者对照组总有效率80.0%,观察组总有效率95.0%,治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01);便秘患者对照组总有效率67.5%,观察组总有效率90.0%,治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:培菲康在治疗腹泻和便秘方面疗效良好,在肠道菌群失调中具有双向调节作用。

Objective ：To observe Bifico treatment of diarrhea and constipation, and verify its bi -directional regulatory role in the intestinal flora imbalance. Methods： 80 cases of patients with diarrhea and 80 cases of patients with constipation patients were randomly divided into two groups： the Observational Group and the Controllable Group. The basic treatment of the patients was exactly the same, but the Observation Group took Bifico capsule. Results： The total effective rate in the Controllable Group of Diarrhea patients was 80. 0% .and it was 95.0% in the Observational Group,superior to the controllable group （P 〈0. 01 ）. It was 67.5% in the Controllable Group of patients with constipation. 90. 0% in the Observational Group. It＇s better than the controllable group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Bifieo worked well in the treatment of diarrhea and constipation and had two - ways regulation function in the intestinal flora imbalance.
