川北地区部分肝病患者HBV基因型检测

HBV genotype in Chuanbei Region

目的:探究四川省川北地区部分肝病患者血清中的乙肝病毒基因型。方法:采用基因型特异引物的巢式聚合酶链式反应方法对45例乙肝携带者、4例急性肝炎、138例慢性肝炎、28例肝硬化和13例肝癌患者血清中HBV基因型进行分析。结果:在228例乙型肝炎患者中,HBVB型135例(59.2%)、C型86型(37.7%),有7例患者同时检出基因型B和BC混合型7例(3.1%),未发现A、D、E、F型。结论:川北地区存在HBVB和C型,以B型为主要基因型,还有少数B、C型混合感染。

Objective： To determine the genotype of the hepatitis B virus（HBV）of the Chuanbei Region, Sichuan province. Methods：45 HBV Carriers, 4 patients with acute hepatitis, 138 patients with chronic hepatitis, 28 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 13 patients with liver cancer had their serum HBV genotypes differentiated by the method of nested- polymerase Chain reaction（ NT - PCR） of genotype- specific sequences. Results： HBV genotype B was found in 135 eases（59.2% ） and genotype C in 86 eases（37.7 % ）, and both genotype B and C coexisted in 7 cases（3.1% ）. Conclusion： The results Suggested that there were two genotypes： B and C, the genotype B was the major genotype, and there were few cases who were coinfected by both genotype B and C.
