酒店管理专业是近几年来高校教育中发展较快的专业之一。与其他文科专业相比,酒店管理专业的教学特点在于其实践性。然而,从目前诸多高校酒店管理专业教学情况来看,其实践环节出现了许多不和谐因素。针对这种情况,高校应该创立一种新的酒店管理专业实习教学模式。根据当前酒店用人政策与专业实习目标之间的冲突,论述了建立新型实习教学模式的意义、建立该模式的原则和具体方法。
