Tranquilizing and harmonizing national economy by construction of mew rural community and training the farmers

建设新农村是我们党根据科学发展观和建设和谐社会的理论以及中国农村社会经济现实提出的全面建设小康、推进现代化建设与保持国民经济稳定和谐运行的重大决策。本文从新农村建设的主要问题和新农村建设的要求入手,提出只有建设新农村,培养新农民,才能彻底解决“三农”问题。而这其中的关键是培养出懂技术、有文化、强技能、善经营的新农民,才能使农村经济健康发展,这又是使我国国民经济稳定和谐运行不可忽视的重要领域。

The construction of new rural community is a great decision, launched by our party based on the view of scientific development, the theory of constructing harmonious society, and Chinese rural social and economical reality, which will boost Chinese modernization and tranquilize and harmonize our national economy. The main problems and requests of new rural community building have been discussed, and then the crucial solutions to farmers, agriculture, and rural community have also been summarized in this paper. Among these, the most priority is to train and educate modern farmers, enabling them to mmaster technology and craftsmanship, enhance their culture and morality.
