摘要
当前,我国人事档案管理面临着管理观念、管理功能、管理力度的矛盾。要最大限度地发挥人事档案的作用,就必须在人事档案的日常管理中注重协调性,把握层次性,讲究和谐性。
Currently binary antinomy of management concept, management function and management strength exists in personnel files management. Therefore, in order to give fullest play to the role of personnel files, multiple and flexible management network must be improved to distinguish the difference of primary and secondary files and construct binary system of management and service.
