Teaching of tourism major in colleges and univerities has developed rapidly with practical application and manipulatiopn in the market.Hence,according to the characteristics of tourism major in colleges and universities,teaching of it should break through the traditional teaching concept and introduce advanced teaching mode by using contingency theory to cultivate new type of talented people who can fit the development of tourism.
