An Assessment on the Third Provincial Monitoring of Desertification and Sand-Stricken Area

本文通过对第三次荒漠化和沙化监测结果分析，找准目前防沙治沙工作中存在的深层次问题，提出要抓住有利时机，认清“相持阶段”的形势，顺应发展趋势，采取有效对策，以科学发展观推进防沙治沙战略性调整，进一步巩固和拓展治沙成效。

Through the analysis of the results generated from third provincial monitoring of desertification and sand--stricken area, problems with the sand control were pointed out. Opportunities in this phase were to take effective measures in consistent with outlook of scientific development and to further consolidate the available achievement in control of desertification and sand movement.
