摘要
本文针对国营林场产权制度存在的主要问题,借鉴国有林权制度改革的经验,提出国营林场产权制度改革的初步设想。
The paper analyses the central problems concerning the tenure reform of state-owned forest farm. Some preliminary measures for the reform were suggested.
