Key techniques in cuttage propagation and influential factors of Taxus media was studied and a set of practical techniques were developed on the bases of practice in recent five years. These techniques are superior to the others for faster growth speed, higher propagation ratio, and the stronger plantlets. The success would enhance the industrialized plantation and afforestation of Taxus media, drive the ecologic construction, bring along the development of relevant industries, and have significances to enhance the district economy progress.
