摘要
目的评价YX-11供氧系统的供氧防护性能。方法1具假人和4名志愿者着个体防护装备,使用YX-11供氧系统,分别在低压舱或迅速减压舱内完成6项试验:①0~10km普通供氧性能试验;②12~20km加压供氧性能试验;③12~20km迅速减压性能试验;④4h连续供氧性能人体试验;⑤20km加压供氧性能人体试验;⑥20km迅速减压性能人体试验。结果YX-11供氧系统的供氧分压大于21kPa(在12km高度以下)和16kPa(在12km高度以上),吸气阻力小于529Pa(肺通气量20L/min)和666Pa(肺通气量30L/min),迅速减压峰值小于8.9kPa。结论YX-11供氧系统可以满足0~20km高度供氧防护要求。
Objective To evaluate YX-11 oxygen system protection performance against hypoxia. Methods A dummy and 4 volunteers with individual protection equipments using YX-11 oxygen system underwent 6 tests in hypobaric chamber or rapid decompression chamber, which were normal supplying oxygen performance test at 0-10 kin, positive pressure supplying oxygen performance test at 12-20 kin, rapid decompression performance test at 12-20 kin, continuous supplying oxy- gen performance physiological test for 4 h, positive pressure supplying oxygen performance physiological test at 20 km and rapid decompression performance physiological test at 20 kin. Results Oxygen pressure of YX-11 oxygen system was over 21 kPa(under 12 kin) and over 16 kPa(above 12 kin). Inspiration resistance of YX-11 oxygen system was under 529 Pa when respiration ventilation rate was 20 L/min and was under 666 Pa when respiration ventilation rate was 30 L/min. Rapid decompression peak value of YX-11 oxygen system was less than 8.9 kPa. Conclusions The YX-11 oxygen system can provide protection against hypoxia for pilots at 0~20 krn altitude.
