二色补血草组培苗生根培养基及移栽基质的筛选

Selection of substrates for rooting and transplanting of tube plantlets of Limonium bicolor

以二色补血草组培苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度激素配比的培养基对组培苗生根量及根长的影响,并以组培生根苗为试材,研究了不同移栽基质对生根苗移栽成活率及生长状况的影响。旨在为二色补血草组培苗的实际生产和应用奠定基础。结果表明:1/2 Ls+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L培养基最适合于二色补血草组培苗生根,生根苗在蛭石+草炭(3∶1)的移栽基质中成活率最高,长势最佳。

The effects of different concentrations of various hormones on the rooting of Limonium bicolor were studied,and the survival rate and growth of plantlets in different substrates were evaluated,aiming to establish base for rooting and transplanting of tube plantlets of Limonium bicolor in practice.The results showed that 1/2 Ls＋NAA 0.5 mg/L＋IBA 1.0 mg/L was the best medium for rooting of Limonium bicolor,and the plantlets transplanted to the substrate with vermiculite and peat（3∶1） gained the highest survival rate and the best condition of growth.
