摘要
双预应力混凝土梁的目的是为了减小较大跨度简支梁的梁高和自重,本文在研究双预应力混凝土梁理论的基础上,制作了4根模型梁并进行了静载试验。结果表明:双预应力混凝土梁中的预压钢管能够提供给混凝土有效的预拉应力,预压钢管与混凝土的锚固可靠,试验荷载作用下2者协调变形、共同工作;试验结束后卸载,梁体的挠度和裂缝均有较大程度的恢复,工作性能良好。
In order to decrease member's height and weight effectively,bi-prestressed concrete technique can be used in big-span concrete girders.Based on the study of bi-prestressed concrete structure's theory,this paper presents an experimental study on static performance of four model beams.The test results show that the pre-compressive steel pipe could offer concrete effective pre-tension stress so that the anchorage between pipes and concrete is reliable to ensure their compatible deformation and well co-working under experimental load.Moreover,after unloading,the deformation and cracks recovered well.
