摘要
本文以叉鞭金藻和三角褐指藻为材料,采用室内一次性培养的方法研究久效磷对光合色素(叶绿素α和类胡萝卜素)含量的影响。结果显示,低浓度的久效磷短时间处理对微藻细胞的光合色素含量影响轻微,有时甚至可使光合色素的含量升高;随着久效磷浓度的提高和处理时间的延长,微藻细胞的光合色素含量明显降低.说明久效磷对光合色素有严重的破坏作用。久效磷对叉鞭金藻叶绿素α的72hEC_(50)为6.9mg/L,48hEC_(50)为10.6mg/L,24hEC_(50)为11.7mg/L;对其类胡萝卜素的72hEC_(50)为8.4mg/L.48hEC_(50)为11.0mg/L。而对(?)角褐指藻叶绿素α的72hEC_(50)为8.9mg/L,48hEC_(50)为12.0mg/L,对其类胡萝卜素的72hEC_(50)为10.8mg/L,48hEC_(50)为14.0mg/L。
The effects of monocrotophos on photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a and carotenoid)are studied in dicrateria sp. and phaeodactylum tricornutum by means of batch culture method. Results show that low levels of monocrotophos have slight effects on the content of photosynthetic pigments; but pigment content of microalage decreases obviously with the increasing concentration and prolonging time of monocrophos. This indicates that monocrotophos can heavily damage photosynthetic pigments of microalage. The 72h, 48h and 24h Chl. a EC50 of monocrotophos are 6. 9 mg/L, 10. 6 mg/L and 11. 7 mg/L respectively; and 72h and 48h carotenoid EC50 of moniocrotophos are 8. 4 mg/L and 11. 0 mg/L for dicrateria sp.. As far as phaeodactylum tricornutum, 72h and 48h Chl. a EC50 of monocrotophos are 8. 9 mg/L and 12. 0mg/L; and 72h and 48h carotenoid EC50 of monocrotophos are 10. 8 mg/L and 14. 0 mg/L.
