摘要
目的探讨健康教育在促进精神分裂症患者病情恢复、改善自知力、提高服药依从性及减少复发等方面的作用。方法156例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,在药物治疗的基础上,一组接受为期6个月的心理健康教育,随访3月及6月末评定简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)及服药依从性。结果6月末BPRS总分改善值研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);复发率研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。ITAQ总分改善值研究组显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。服药依从性研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理健康教育可以促使患者症状恢复、降低复发率,提高自知力及服药依从性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the pschoeductafion on insight, drug therapy compliance and relapse in schizophrenic patients. Methods: One hundred and fifty-six schizophrenic outpatients were randomly assigned into two groups: antipsychotic combined with pschoeductafion group and antipsychotic treatment alone group. Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), the Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire (ITAQ) and drug therapy compliance were used to assess at baseline, 3 and 6 months followed up. Results: At 6 months, patients receiving psychoeductaion showed greater improvement from baseline compared with antipsychotic treatment alone in BPRS, and ITAQ(P〈0.01). Patients receiving psychoeductaion improved adherence to treatment comparing with antipsychotic treatment alone (P〈0.05). The rate of relapse was lower antipsychotic combined with pschoeductation group than antipsychotic treatment alone group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The psychoeductaion decreased the relapse rate, improved insight and adherence to treatment.
