摘要
目的观察东菱迪芙治疗糖尿病周围血管病变疗效。方法选择32例2型糖尿病周围血管病变病人.在应用饮食控制及口服降糖药或注射胰岛素基础上,用东菱迪芙一般每周给药3次,隔日1次,首次l0U,以后5U溶于100ml～250ml生理盐水内稀释,静脉点滴l小时以上。3～5次为一疗程,根据病情轻重可重复2～3疗程。每疗程间隔3天。期间停用使用其他扩血管药物。治疗前后行双下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。同时采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS,Mini Med Inc)对本组受试者进行连续的血糖监测。结果1.治疗后股动脉、颈动脉、足背动脉管径和血流量均较治疗前有明显改善。两组治疗前后比较,有明显差异(P<0.01)。2.每日用药一次24h血糖水平曲线较不用药者血糖水平曲线明显低平(P<0.001)。结论东菱迪芙治疗糖尿病周围血管病变是一种较安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To study the effect of defibrin on the patients diabetic peripheral angiopathy. Methods 32 patients diabetic peripheral angiopathy were recruited and given defibrin every other day and totally three times . The dosage of defibrin were initially 10U,then 5U.The color Doppler ultrasonography were performed before and after the therapy and CGMS were performed during the therapy. Results 1 There are great significance in blood flow and dilation of femoral artery ,poptiteal artery and dorsal artery of foot. 2 The plasm glucose of the patients on therapy of defibrin improved during therapy Conclusion defibrin is safe and effective in patient with diabetic peripheral angiopathy.
