摘要
本文首先介绍兰州制桶厂及其重组的概况,然后利用波特的五力模型对兰州制桶厂进行分析,并对其资产重组进行分析,最后提出发展建议。
This paper introduces the Lanzhou Position plants and an overview of the reorganization, and then used five of the Porter model Lanzhou Barrel plant for analysis and analysis of its assets reorganization, the final development proposals.
