摘要
通过对我国社区体育目前存在的体制与管理,主观与客观以及硬件与软件等方面的问题进行分析。提出以政府职能特变为出发点,发展社区体育的新构想。
Through our existing community sports and institutional management, subjective and objective, and the hardware and software aspects of the analysis. Put to the transformation of government functions as a starting point to develop a new concept of community sports.
