摘要
激活-扩散理论是认知语义学的一个理论,本文通过课堂观察、问卷调查以及学生访谈等研究工具,探讨该理论在英语词汇教学中的应用价值。本文认为激活-扩散词汇理论不但能在短时间内培养学生灵活习得、使用新词汇的能力,有效扩大学生的词汇量;还能有效增加课堂信息输入量,活跃学生的联想思维。
Spreading-Activation theory is one of theories of cognitive semantics. Through class observation, questionnaire and students interview, this study find SP has the following the applied values in English vocabulary teaching. It cultivates students' abilities to acquire and use new vocabulary, so that the English learners' vocabulary can be effectively enlarge in a short time; It can increase class information input and activate students' association thinking.
