摘要
依据道路交通安全目标管理体系构建原则,以国家和有关安全事故控制指标和安全考核指标为依据,结合广东省道路交通安全实际,构建了广东省道路交通安全目标管理指标体系,并对该体系进行了分解,提出了实施办法。
At the principle of constructing road traffic security goal management system, adopts several methods,such as qualitative and quantitative analysis, to construct the index system of road transportation safety control of Guangdong province. Then analyzes this index system further,and suggests the important realistic meanings.
