几种中药针剂活性多糖的刚果红染色分光光度法检测

Determining content of active polysaccharides from some herbal injections with Congo red staining and ultra-spectrophotometer

采用刚果红法检测红花、黄芪、丹参、清开灵、茵栀黄及肝炎灵等中药针剂中活性多糖含量，结果表明有的中药针剂如茵栀黄、红花等针剂中活性多糖明显高于清开灵、丹参、肝炎灵、黄芪等针剂，而不同批次肝炎灵含量不一，不分离提取多糖则很多因素干扰检测结果，活性多糖可能是一些中药针剂免疫调节活性的物质基础。

The study was aimed to measure the contents of active polysaccharides in some kind of herbal injections such as Yin Zhi Huang, Hong Hua（Flower carthamus tinctures）, Gan Yan Lin（Radix sophorae tonkinensis）, Qing Kai Ling, Dan Shen （Radix salviae miltiorrhizae）,Huang Qi （Radix astragalus membranceus） extracted and sedimented by ethanol and stained with Congo Red, and eventally measured with ultra-spectrophotometer. It was found that the contents of active polysaccharides in those injections were in the followed order（from high to low） Yin Zhi Huang, Hong Hua. Because the contents of active polysaccharides were too low and the limit of sensitivity with this kind of measurement, the active polysaccharides in the injection of Qing Kai Ling, Gan Yan Lin, Dan Shen and Huang Qi did not be measured. It was found that in the different lots of Gan Yan Lin injection there were different mounts of active polysaccharides, and if not extracted and sedimented by ethanol,many materials affected the results of active polysaccharide measure. The injections such as Yin Zhi Huang et al have high contents of active polysaccharides, which may contribute to an immunological regulatory effect of those injections.
