摘要
目的了解初中生乙型肝炎的相关知识、态度及行为情况,为制定相应的预防措施提供依据。方法整群分层抽取池州市贵池区6所中学的1557名学生为调查对象,采用自行编制的调查问卷以班级为单位进行现场匿名问卷调查。结果初中生乙型肝炎知识得分总体偏低,平均为(7.01±3.56)分(总分为16分),对乙型肝炎的三大传播途径认识不清楚。绝大多数学生表示希望获得乙型肝炎的相关知识,但仅43.5%的学生表示不介意和乙肝病人或携带者一起学习。大多数学生对乙肝疫苗接种认识不足,只有60.9%的学生接种过乙肝疫苗,23.1%的学生希望接种乙肝疫苗。多元Logistic回归分析表明,影响知识得分的主要因素为年级、家庭住址、父亲的文化程度和学习成绩。结论初中生对乙型肝炎相关知识的掌握情况不理想。学校应有针对性地进行健康教育,使初中生建立科学的生活方式。
Objective To study the knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP) related to Hepatitis B and its influencing factors among junior middle school students, and to provide basis for developing interventions. Methods A cluster stratified sampling method was used to survey 1 557 junior middle school students from 6 middle schools in Guichi district in Chizhou city. They were asked to fill the self filed questionnaire anonymously. Results As a whole, junior middle school students investigated had a poor level of knowledge on Hepatitis B. The average score they obtained was 7.01±3.56, while the total score was 16. The majority .students hoped to grasp tile knowledge on Hepatitis B, but only 43.5% of the students expressed no worry about learning with Hepatitis B patients or virus carriers together. The majority students' cognition of Hepatitis B vaccination was poor, only 60.9% students inoculated bacterin of Hepatitis B, 23.1% students hoped inoculate the bacterin. The results from multiple regression showed that the main factors which affected the scores were grade, home address, father's education level and average academic performance. Conclusion Junior middle school students in Guichi city have poor knowledge on Hepatitis B, therefore health education and intervention work should be strengthened there.
