摘要
目的探讨大学生需求与自我和谐的关系,为高校开展心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用自我和谐量表和大学生需求调查问卷,对362名医学生的需求状况和自我和谐程度进行测量。结果不同性别、独生与否和不同成长地的大学生需求和自我和谐差异均无统计学意义,自我和谐程度与需求状况存在一定的相关。自我和谐的高分组与低分组在需求状况上差异无统计学意义。结论需求状况是影响自我和谐程度的参考因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between eollege students' requirement and self-consistency and congruence, and to provide reference for mental heahh education. Methods By using SCCS and UNI, 362 medicos were tested. Results There were no significant differences in SCCS and UNI between genders, the only-ehild or not and different residence. Self-consistency and congruence correlated with the status of requirement. There were no significant difference in the status of requirement between higher score group and lower score group. Conclusion The status of requirement is an element to affect the self-consistency level of college students.
