摘要
目的探讨人际交往团体辅导对改善大学生抑郁状况的作用,为有效开展高校心理健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用问卷调查和实验研究方法,选择50名高抑郁体验和低自我概念的大学生,随机分成人际交往团体辅导、户外运动和对照等3个组,进行10周的干预研究。结果人际交往团体辅导和户外运动对大学生抑郁体验水平的改变作用明显,但人际交往团体辅导作用更大,对于提高大学生的自我概念、社会支持领悟水平和降低抑郁体验作用肯定。结论人际交往团体辅导可以改善大学生抑郁状况。
Objective To explore the effects of interpersonal group counselling on decreasing the degree of depression among university students, and to provide reference for mental health education in colleges. Methods A questionnaire survey and experimental research were applied. After the investigation, 50 uaiversily students with high degree of depression and low self-concept were chosen and randomly divided into thee groups: Interpersonal group enunseling, nutdnor group and the control groap. After ten weeks,intervention was given to the first two groups. Results Both interpersonal group counselling aml outdoor sports changed the depression status, and interpersonal group ennuseling had a greater effect on improving students' self-concepl, inereasing the level of social support perception and reducing feeling of depression, Conclusion Interpersonal group counseling carl hnprove the degree of depression among university students.
