甲醇汽油的蒸发性与气阻倾向研究 被引量:12

摘要 考察了甲醇汽油的蒸发特性和产生气阻的倾向,结果表明,与配制甲醇汽油的基础汽油相比,甲醇汽油的饱和蒸气压明显增大,10%和30%馏出温度明显降低,70℃以前的馏出量增加,其蒸发性高于基础汽油;甲醇汽油使用中发生气阻的倾向较基础汽油大,高温下使用有可能发生气阻;甲醇汽油蒸发性和气阻倾向增大的原因是甲醇与汽油中的某些组分形成了低沸点的共沸物。 The evaporation property and gas block tendency of methanol-gasoline was investigated in this paper. Results show that the Raid Vapor Pressure of methanol-gasoline is much higher than that of base gasoline used to prepare it. What's more, the 10% and 30% distillation temperature is obvious lower, and the distillation percent under 70℃ is observably greater compared with base gasoline Hence the chance of vapor lock to take place is much greater when methanol-gasoline is adopted. The reason for methanobgasoline to have greater vapor lock tendency is that methanol can form azeotrope with certain components of gasoline, which has lower boiling point.
