摘要
通过对影响天然气流量测量准确度因素和用标准孔板测量天然气流量不确定度估算值变化范围,以成套标准孔板流出系数C实际标定的分析,反映出目前所用标准孔板节流装置并不标准,致使流量计量值偏差加大。为了消除这种偏差,唯一的办法就是将目前在成都阳华镇建立的“mt”标准量值有效地传递给工作仪表(或装置)。传递方法可用传递标准定期标定工作仪表(或装置)。
Analyzing indeterminacy of flow measurement of natural gas using standard orificeplate, the author considers that existing standard restricting orifice is no standard, leading to larger deviation of flow metering value. In order to eliminate this deviation, 'mt' standard measuring value set upin Huayang Town at present shall be efficiently transmitted to working instrument (or unit) throughPeriodical calibration of working instrument(or unit).
