摘要 通过分析肘形挠性接管机械阻抗的试验原理,设计了机械阻抗试验的试验装置,研究了试验步骤和试验数据的处理方法.试验结果表明,输入阻抗在肘形管的固有频率处达到最低,同一方向上的2个传递阻抗几乎完全一样,说明试验数据是可信的、方法是可行的. Mechanical impedance is an important parameter of vibration insulation component. Performance of vibration insulation component can be evaluated by it. The principle of testing the mechanical impedance of flexible elbow pipe is analyzed. And then rig, procedure of the experiment and the methods of dealing with the experimental data are put forward. The experimental results indicate that the input mechanical impedance of flexible elbow pipe reaches the minimum at its natural frequency; and both transfer mechanical impedances are almost the same in the same direction, which agrees with theoretical analysis. It shows that the experimental data is credible and the experimentation is practical.
